What the Job Involved

The whole project was completed in a single day. We removed the old, failing gutters along with the tired fascias and soffits, then fitted new UPVC boards using the Flo product range throughout. Lead flashing, valleys and box gutters were also replaced as part of the works to make sure the whole roofline was watertight, not just the parts that were visibly failing.

Whilst we had access, insulation was fitted to the flat roof section, and we carried out a manual clean of the roof itself while our ladders were already in place. It made sense to deal with everything in one visit rather than asking the customer to arrange a separate call-out later on.

Materials and Colour Choice

The customer chose white UPVC fascias and soffits paired with black guttering, a combination that suits the property well and should stay looking sharp with very little upkeep. UPVC was the obvious choice here, given it won't rot, warp or need repainting the way timber eventually does.
