This property in Edgware had reached the point where the existing fascias, soffits and guttering simply could not be left any longer. The materials had come to the end of their serviceable life and, more critically, the gutters had begun to leak. What the Work Involved

Our team carried out a full replacement of the roofline, fitting uPVC black fascias, soffits and guttering throughout. Black uPVC offers a clean, defined finish and requires far less maintenance than painted timber. While we were working at height, we also took the opportunity to attend to the flat roof, replace lead flashing and improve roof ventilation — work that makes a real difference to the long-term performance of the roof as a whole. Combining these tasks in a single visit kept disruption to a minimum and delivered better value for the customer.
