What We Did: A Full Three-Layer Felt Roof Installation

Our team at HighPoint Roofing installed a complete high-performance torch-on felt roofing system over two days. The build-up consisted of 18mm OSB boarding, two underlay layers, and a mineral-finish top layer in a charcoal finish — a robust, weatherproof specification designed to perform for years to come. Where the existing timbers and decking had sustained damage, these were repaired and made structurally sound before the new system was applied. New lead flashing was fitted to the rear wall, and roof ventilation was improved to reduce the risk of condensation build-up within the structure.

Additional Work Carried Out

While our team were on site, the customer took the opportunity to have several other jobs completed at the same time. This included the installation of new UPVC fascias and guttering, replacement fencing, and a full pressure wash of the roof area.
